Pneumatic ball valve
The ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, also used for fluid regulation and control, it has some advantages compared with other valves as follows.

Structure features
1, small fluid resistance, the ball valve is the smallest fluid resistance of all the valves, even if the reduction of the ball valve, its fluid resistance is also quite small.
2, thrust bearing to reduce the frictional torque of the stem, the stem can be operated smoothly and flexibly for a long time.
3, the valve seat sealing performance, the use of PTFE and other resilient materials made of seals, the structure is easy to seal, and the valve sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase in medium pressure.
4, the stem seal is reliable, because the stem only for the seemingly rotating transport and not lift movement, the stem packing seal is not easy to destroy, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase in pressure of the medium.
5、Since PTFE and other materials have good self-lubrication, the friction loss with the ball body is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long.
6、 Under-mounted stem and stem head convex step to prevent the stem from ejecting, such as fire causing damage to the stem seal, the convex step and the valve body can also form a metal contact between them to ensure the stem seal.
7、 Anti-static function: a spring is set between the ball, stem and valve body, which can export the static electricity generated by the switching process.
